Join Voices in Song in Italy!

The Amalfi Coast Music Festival welcomes full choruses and chamber choruses to come for a one-week residency in the Amalfi Coast for a concert tour in the area, as part of the festival.

Choruses are presented with their independent concert program (or series of programs) as appropriate to the theme of the festival. We work together with the individual artistic director or conductor to tailor the week to the preferences of the group in terms of number of concerts, travel options, and rehearsal time. Concerts will be performed in some of the area's most stunning summer venues: the magnificent cathedrals of Naples and other towns in the Amalfi Coast region, evocative cloisters and historic palaces.

During the week, choristers will have the opportunity to take in the local sights as well as visit some of the area's most important landmarks, such as the magical isle of Capri, the ancient ruins of Pompeii, the Greek temples of Paestum, and the famous coastal towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, and others. Time for relaxation at the beach and opportunities to wander through the maze of local shops is also built into the schedule!

Choruses may also be invited to participate in joint concert programs with an Italian chorus, if so desired, to enrich the cross-cultural exchange aspect of the trip. Family members and guests are also welcome to join the trip and participate in the exciting experience of being a part of the Amalfi Coast Music Festival while discovering this incomparably beautiful part of Italy.
