Refunds for cancellation will be honored upon receipt of written notification less a $50 processing fee.*

* Vocalists who are applying for specific opera roles will be granted a one-week grace period once they have been notified of casting decisions. During this time they may withdraw without penalty and receive a full refund, on the assumption that the role they applied for was not available.

Within 60 days of departure, upon written cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee of $100 plus any prepaid nonrefundable expenses.

Within 45 days of departure, there will be a $250 cancellation fee plus any prepaid nonrefundable expenses.

Cancellations less than 20 days before departure will be charged the entire amount. Trip insurance is strongly recommended for your protection in case of cancellation or trip interruption. No refunds are available for partial use of program.
