Cancellation & Refund Policy

Per person cancellation fees are based on "date of notice" to Amalfi Coast Music & Arts Festival (written notice by email or post required).

Cancellation within 30 days of registration (with paid deposit and registration fee) - NO PENALTY (full refund of DEPOSIT).

Cancellation after 30 days of registration: A refund less 50 % of deposit ($ 175) administrative fee for cancellation.

Cancellation within 120 days of departure: No refund of deposit ($ 350 cancellation fee).

Cancellation within 60 to 45 days within departure: 50% of trip cost.

Cancellation less than 45 days within departure: Full trip cost.

Cancellation by ACM&AF: Full refund.

No refund for unused portions of the trip, including but not limited to, missed meals, hotel nights, and sightseeing.

By registering for an Amalfi Coast Music & Arts Festival program or tour, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of these policies.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES.
